At Alxndr Benedict, each piece is produced with intention, care, and attention to detail. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the sections below for our refund and return terms.

What Is Your Return Policy?

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is in its original condition with all tags attached

  • Original packaging is included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

What Items Are Final Sale?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition, made-to-order, or custom items

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect

What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Defective?

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

How Do I Start a Return?

To initiate a return:

  1. Email [your support email] with your order number and reason for return

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part, consistent with our Shipping Policy.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after inspection

Refunds do not include original shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided they have not entered production or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Shipping timelines, fulfillment stages, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy.
