The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
What If My Item Arrives Damaged or Defective?

How Do I Start a Return?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are not reimbursed unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part, consistent with our Shipping Policy.
When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds do not include original shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Do You Offer Exchanges?

If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase provided they have not entered production or shipment.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Shipping timelines, fulfillment stages, and delivery estimates are governed by our Shipping Policy.
